What is the best allergy medicine for allegies that affect the skin? Rashes, itching and such?
Zyrtec? Clariton? SIngulair? Anyone out there get itchy rashes on face or hands and had it helped by allergy medicine?

My boyfriend seems to have allergies all year long but he hates Benedryll because it makes him feel like he's high and sleep.
Lately he's been having them really bad because of the warm weather with all the pollen in the air plus our cats are shedding and he's allergic to cats.
We didn't know he was allergic until we got them and we're not getting rid of them now.
He's is eventually going to go to a doctor about it but for now what is the best allergy medication? Claritin? Zyrtec?
