Does this sound like Lupus? Test results inside.?

I got my test results back today. I will be seeing my Dr. next week. All signs point to lupus or MCTD. I have felt lousy for ten years. Bad fatigue that is unrelieved by rest and aches/pains, as well as just feeling crummy in general. I also have Raynaud's that affects my toes as well as a sleep study that has documented sleep disturbances.
The ANA titer was 1:40, so not bad I believe.
The pattern was speckled.
It says ANA: POS
MY SED rate and my C Reactive Protein were high, as always, so that shows inflammation. There were some other markers that were high as well: Basophils and Eosinophils. I looked tem up and it looks like they have to do with immune issues/inflammation.
Can anyone help me interpret? I can't see this as anything but Lupus or MCTD. I don't have the hallmark symptoms of Scleroderma or Sjorgens. My Rhematoid Factor was normal.
With these results and a decade worth of symptoms.....
*Also BUN/Creatinine ratio was 23, so slightly elevated...know this has to do with kidney function 
Girlfriend embarrassed by nighttime incontinence. Advice?

I've been dating a woman for about three months and we've been intimate. Several times I've asked her to sleep over my place or asked if I could sleep over hers. I had thought that she would want that too but was surprised when she kept giving me excuses and saying that she didn't want to stay over. Last week she said I could sleep over her place but she told me she'd feel more comfortable if I slept on the couch. I was kind of put off by this and asked her why and she told me that she suffers from incontinence during sleeping and I guess wets the bed frequently. As a result, she said she has to wear an adult diaper to bed. She was kind of embarrassed telling me this, so I didn't press the issue. My question is how I can tactfully tell her that it's not a big deal for me. Any advice on this matter?
This is really embarassing but I am having bowel incontinence?

I am wondering if it's bc I had an episiotomy? or bc i am taking clemendicyne? (it listed diahrreah not incontinence as a side effect) or is it bc I have a newborn and I'm sleep deprived? (and also cause she has bowel incontinence too lol maybe subconsciously I'm just doing it cause I'm used 2 her doing it?) has any1 with a newborn experienced bowel incontinence bc of sleep deprivation?
or can a 3-week post partom episiotomy cause bowel incontinence? or could it be from the anitbiotic clemendicyne?
when I say incontinence I mean I pass gas or think I do and then I find I went in my pants and it's liquidy. this has happened twice 2 day.
also I get no warning of it, it just comes I'll have no cramps or pains or anything, then I think I pass gas and instead it's liquidy poop. and not a whole lot.
I am taking the antibitoic clemendicyne bc I got my wisdom teeth removed and the dentist recommended it. also, I have only taken like 3 capsules the last 2 days and am not taking it as frequent as it said to bc of this.
Is there anything other than surgery which can help a prolapsed colon/uterus to return to the natural position

Such as herbs, internal herbal injections (inserted into vagina or as an enema), exercises, alternative treatments..
Also what can help severe incontinence. I wake up several times a night to go to the restroom and it is disturbing my sleep.
Is there anything other than surgery which can help a prolapsed colon/uterus to return to the natural position

How do I make my dog with arthritis feel more comfortable?
I adopted a 13 year old dog from the pound (they were about to put her to sleep) and she has mild arthritis. I give her soft pillows to lie on and let her be on the couch but she still seems to move stiffly and lies around a lot. Is there any special food I can give her or anything? I have never had an old dog before.
Has anyone ever tried to relieve their symptoms of arthritis with a green tea or water fast?
I'm experiencing a bit of pain in my joints and muscles and I don't want to have to rely on pills to get me through my day. I've heard that fasting if done properly can eliminate toxins from the body and relieve major symptoms of arthritis and even Raynaud's phenomenon. It's worth a shot.
And yes I've already consulted a doctor this week. She took some tests and told me to come back in a month. Then she sent me on my way home with a prescription for a pain killer (that doesn't do much for pain) and some thing to help me sleep at night.

Best way to relieve arthritis pain in the hip?
My arthritis in my hip is so painful that it's difficult to sleep at night. I know I need to lose weight and I'm working on that, but what's the best way to try to be comfortable in the meantime? My Dr. suggested I take Tylenol 8 Hour Extendtabs at night in addition to the Naprosyn I take twice daily, so I'm trying that tonight. I'm also trying a capsaicin patch. Narcotics and sleeping pills are not an option. Anything else I can do?
What's the best way to lose weight when you have arthritis?
I am 33 years old, 5'7", and 230 lbs. I have arthritis in my back. I take Tremadol and Piroxicam for the pain, and I also take Ambien for sleep problems caused by PTSD. If I don't lose weight soon, I face some uncertainty in my military career. What can I do?
