Moral dilemma: What should I do about my elderly neighbor?

There is an elderly couple living in my apartment complex. I will call them Mary and Carl. Both are in their 70s and are very very nice. The problem is that both are alcoholics, drinking all hours of the day. Mary seems a "not in touch w/ reality" and seems to not have had a bath in months, she wears the same old dirty dress for weeks at a time, she has an incontinence problem but does not wear the adult diapers and upon visiting their house, although not too cluttered, is incredibly dirty and smells horrible due to Marys lack of bladder and colon control. Carl seems indifferent to the filthy living conditions and his wifes problems. They have no living children or family that i know about. What should i do, who do I call?
Is there anyone with Rheumatoid Arthritis who wants to explore natural therapies with me ?
One thing I want to do also, is explore diet as a way of treating RA. I just ordered "Conquering Arthritis". Anyone want to join me for mutal support?
Incontinence – Only When Waking up? What is going on, how can I fix?

I have 2 children (3 and 7 months). I experienced the expected incontinence after each birth, that faded within a month. A month and a half ago, I moved from Hawaii to Missouri. I used to be able to wake up, pull on my robe, walk across the house to the bathroom, and do my business. Recently, however, I have woken up needing to do my business IMMEDIATELY! I have about 30 seconds to get to the bathroom, or I will have an accident. This is a problem when my husband or child is in the bathroom. I have to do an extra load of laundry to cover the "oops!" The weird thing is, this ONLY happens when I wake up. After that initial urination, I have no incontinence issues... until I wake up the next morning. What is going on? How can I fix it?
Can broken ribs cause arthritis 18 years later?
I was in a car wreck almost 18 years ago, and broke four ribs. They healed, and I have not had any trouble out of them. Well, I just recently turned 40, and one of the lovely aches and pains I have been suffering is an arthritic-like "kink" or "crick" where I broke my ribs. Is it possible that arthritis could have set in there, and just now be rearing its ugly head? Thanks for all serious answers!
women over 50 only incontinence?

Ok embarrassing, but so frustrating. I pee normally all day, can go without for hours and don't "dribble" but the minute i go to take my shower and remove my clothing, i dribble and it is getting worse, and that is before i turn the water on in the shower. Anyone else have this happen to them.

I have a medical condition(I guess you would call it) called faecal incontinence in which I've had chronic nonstop, everyday constipation since the day I was born. Hemorrhoids are caused by constant "pushing" mostly during constipation. I have never had one before but I get more and more nervous everyday about it. What can I do, if anything, to prevent from getting a hemorrhoid.
What's the best way to lose weight when you have arthritis?
I am 33 years old, 5'7", and 230 lbs. I have arthritis in my back. I take Tremadol and Piroxicam for the pain, and I also take Ambien for sleep problems caused by PTSD. If I don't lose weight soon, I face some uncertainty in my military career. What can I do?

I have a friend who is extremely skinny. She's 5.2" and weights 97 lbs but she has cellulite on the backs of her upper thighs and stretch amrks on her buttocks and the backs of her knee. I don't get it. I'm 5.5" and I weight 120lb and we both don't work out and I don't have cellulite or stretch amrks. I don't understand. I thought only people who gained alot of weight rapidly got stretmarks like in pregnancies. She's too skinny, and she hates her legs. What could she do? Her mother who doesn't know she has this problem bought her a bunch of short shoerts and she wants to wear them, but she wants to get rid of the cellulite and stretch marks. What can she do?
btw, she does not have fatty foods or any red meats in her diets. she only eats vegatables, fruits, pastas and white meat.

My friend has been skinny throughout all of her life, and I know this because we've been next-door neighbors since we were 2.
Jehovah's Witness, Christians… Why does God permit suffering?

Even if Satan questioned God's Sovereignty, Why didn't God forgive Adam and Eve? Why did he take it all away from them? Surely, Satan was more intelligen than Eve and deceived her, but still, God knew the complications of free will did he not?
For example, adults can deceived children into doing things, like stealing or lying. As a parent, would you reject your child if he/she is deceived by an adult? and did something wrong?
Shouldn't God have created a school, teaching us before hand the responsibilities of free will. Did God really expect free will would have no complications?
Why did he permit 6000 years of cruel suffering, why does he permit horrible diseases leprosy, cancer, scleroderma, ect...
Have you even seen a patient with Cancer? The hopeless and unbearable suffering is beyon cruel. I would'nt wish this on my own enemies
Also the stupid mistakes humans make, can you blame them? We are so lost, even the Bible is so misunderstood so many don't know the truth.

Okay, so you are saying Satan created old age, cancer, sickness of all kind, death, panic attacks, feelings of depresion, anxiety, stress, migrane headaches...So satan created all these things? If so... God has permitted him to do so, God has given us into the hands of a murderer, Satan the Devil.
It's like me letting my child go with a rapist and murderer, let him suffer and then come and save him and tell my child...."See child, I am so great and loving I have saved you from this evil person"?
But the evil one is me for letting my child go through such pain just so I can declare my self the saviour.

I mean it's like letting your daughter be sexually abused, and then once she has been raped, You kill the rapest and declare yourself the hero.

Can anything be done about knee arthritis for an athletic teenager?
So, my 17 year old daughter, who has been playing basketball for 10 years. She is 6'1" and about 200 lbs. She's been having problems with her knees swelling and a lot of pain. Well, I took her up to U of M to see an orthopedic surgeon who requested an MRI for her knees. The next day she called to say that my daughter has arthritis and that nothing could be done about it. Can this be true? She really wants to continue playing basketball when she goes to college, but the pain is getting worse. Does anyone have any suggestions to help out an athlete?
