Remedies for arthritis and swelling in knee for a haemophiliac?
My father has arthritis and finds it sometimes painful to walk due to his knees. They are usually quite swollen and stiff.
However, because he has haemophilia, he cannot take the usual anti-inflammatory medicine that would normally be prescribed by Doctors.
What remedies can you suggest to ease the swelling and soften the pain?

I have terribly suffered over the years, as stated from a lift and transfer trauma with a client. I was a Nurse, hemmorhaged-trauma to my lower back(strained/sprained), sciatica-at times incapable of getting out of bed-like I was paralyzed. I have a walker and two canes to help me get around. I suffer from chronic pains, fevers (ANA levels are high), along with high counts of RA's...and have osteo-arthritis of the coccyx. My spinal cord muscles and bones tend to shift and need chiropractic help, along with my unsteady hip/pelvic girdle. Doctors in Northern Ontario aren't proven beneficial to me stating it's all in my head! Although my body shows differently! Lately, my bladder is weak and I suffer terribly when I try to rest, my body feels like it's trying to detach itself, causing my knees to go out of whack and my feet! Since my injury, my vision is deteriorating, suffer serious migraines, and the rheumatologist was not successful in diagnosing me! I'm stuck and need answers! HELP!

Just wondering...
Arthritis, as we all know, is a condition usually developed at old age where ones joints become weaker and more susceptible to aches, strains, and injury.
Prayer, as we all know, usually requires people to bend their knees or elbows or backs or necks, which does not sound very comfortable to someone with arthritis.
So, is prayer difficult for those with arthritis, or not?
An extra question: Depending on your religion, is there a more simple way to pray without having to bend your knees or elbows or backs or necks over?

I have rheumatoid arthritis and work for a medical clinic. I do just fine if I don't do things that aggrevate my condition which is climbing stairs. We have two offices, one upstairs (with no elevator and 24 stairs straight up) and one downstairs. I'm one of three receptionist and the doctors make us rotate between offices. I have RA in both feet and my knees and after climbing stairs I'm usually in pain for a couple days after. If I totally refuse to do their rotation, can they legally fire me, even though I do everything else that they ask of me?

I have red stretch marks behind my knees.
They've been there for a couple of months (it used to be purple but now they're red) if I applied a coconut stretchmarks cream daily, how long will it take for them to turn white?
