What is an inexpensive way to get rid of stretch marks?

Any over the counter drugs recommended? I don't have pregnancy stretch marks but I have them on other places of my body. I'm wondering if that Mederma for stretch marks works. I know they came out with a new one specifically for stretch marks but I'm not sure if it actually works. And even where to get it. Need help please!
*I mean creams/gels that are NOT over the counter, sorry.

Is lower back pain impossible to cure?

I have developed terrible back pain. Everyday I go to bed, I have to apply pain relief gels, before I can sleep.
I have tried Yoga & stretching exercises. I don't think they are working. Is this impossible to cure?
