I gave birth 2 years ago now via emergency c section, and im not sure how long after but i started getting urine incontinence, my underwear is soaked within 3 hrs and its horrible:( i am to embarrased to speak with the dr yet, i usually see a female dr but she is having long service leave and returned in 6 months and i plan to see her then.
I do kegal excersize all the time and its not helping. I wear pads all the time and im sick of it, its very embarrasing.
Does anyone no what the reason could be? caused by? and how its fixed?
i had a cesarean, 27 hr labour, spinal block epidural cathedar (never had this problem in my life or while pregnant)

How do you deal with back pain caused by epidural?
I had my daughter in August 2006. I had an emergency C section so I had to deal with an epidural. I know its normal for them to cause back pain on and off the rest of your life and the back pain is starting to get worse.
Well I guess really what my question is what are some things you do to get rid of the pain caused by an epidural or just normal back pain? I don't like to take pills so i'm trying to find natural ways to make the pain go away.
