so my girlfriend's younger brother has fecal incontinence the parents stopped training him, he smells like crap and has bad hygiene habits, and anger problems. The parents are too lazy to deal with it; they are both over weight with diabetes the mother has kidney problems due to her lack of, well, a stable and healthy diet. Is there some information on the subject that i can some how pound into the heads of the parents that they should do to stop they're 12 year old from hitting his sister and to get help with his inability to control his bowels?
I am thanking you in advanced and praying to anyone who will listen and give a solid answer. From one annoyed person to another,
Sincerely,
Maux
overflow incontinence or urge incontinence?

The patient is a 72-year-old woman who reports new-onset incontinence. She reports three or four episodes of voiding a large amount of urine involuntarily when outside her home. She sensed a full bladder but was unable to find a bathroom quickly. She states,” When I have to go, I really have to go right then.” She does not use a diuretic and has no history of diabetes. She says she tries to drink very little, especially when she is “out and about” so that she will remain dry. Her only health problem is osteoporosis; she takes vitamin D and calcium supplements. She states that both of her sisters have the same urinary problem.
this is a case study that is given to me as homework but im stuck. right now i have to determine if the client has overflow incont- or urge incont-... i can't seem to differentiate them... i was thinking that the client in this case study has overflow incontinence which basically is incont- due to a decrease in sphincter control. so if the client has a full bladder, it would just come out. but then there is also urge incont- where the client only gets a warning of a few seconds to few minutes to go.. which is the best answer?

I'm pretty sure that it can cause other health concerns like diabetes and high blood pressure and some other bad stuff too. I'm also aware that a rotten tooth can kill you eventually. What I'm looking for is how it can cause any of these things and whether or not it can cause arthritis too.

owing to nerve damage in diabetes i now have the problem of dribbling which is even more pronounced in women who have had babies and everything has got stretched down there. i wondered how women cope with this apart from good personal hygiene and without resort to incontinence pants.

Isn't unleashing an arsenal of evils on a world of unsuspecting, helpless victims, and then promising to make up for it in some illusive afterlife sort of like a deadbeat dad giving his kid a black eye and then promising to take him to Disneyland to make up for it? Isn't killing your disobedient children with death a little too strict anyway? If you were a father on earth, Child Protective Services and the law would be all over you! Not to mention, I just can't figure out why you created debilitating diseases like Spina Bifida, Caudal Regression Syndrome, Cancer, Diabetes, the Diptheria germ, Muscular Dystrophy, and Scleroderma (to name just a few of the many life-altering, death-causing, sin-cursing diseases and conditions you so gracefully sent our way). I also scratch my head wondering why you included in mankind's curse, the animal kingdom? If indeed we are not animals, why must they suffer and die?

I have rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes runs in my family. Is there a link between diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis? My RA breaks down the immune system.

Most adult Americans with diabetes are diagnosed with Type 2, a condition in which the body fails to properly make and use insulin and is relatively insulin deficient. Insulin is a hormone needed to turn sugar, starch and other food into the energy needed for daily life. It seems genetics may play a role, but a change in lifestyle can halt its progression. Losing weight, exercising regularly, and eating well can actually improve insulin sensitivity thus protecting against diabetes.
There has been enough research done for doctors and scientists both to say that people who eat more whole grains, nuts and seeds, fruit, green leafy vegetables and low-fat dairy are less likely to be diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. A simple change is to drink less sugary drinks like soda and fruit juice and have water with meals. Eat more water-rich vegetables and fruits for snacks.
Type 2 diabetes is serious, but people with diabetes can live long, happy, health lives. It is important to control diabetes because there are serious complications such as heart disease, nerve and kidney damage, and blindness. Make taking care of your body a priority and listen to the advice of your doctor and you can enjoy improvements in your health.
