Could this be fibromyalgia or what?

I have been feeling pretty ill since April 2011 and some of my symptoms have been:

Bad Nausea-From April to mid July
Can't tolerate medications-Currently
Heat Intolerance-Currently
Gassy/Bloated-Currently
Appetite loss-From April to mid July and sometimes currently
Anxiety-Severe From February to mid July
Insomnia-2-3 times a week
Yellow stool for almost 2 months-April to mid July
Severe jaw and neck pain-Left side from April to beginning of July

Most currently I have had a tension headache for almost 2 weeks that lasts all day. When I try to sleep my right hip hurts, and it feels like my whole body is going numb, and I have to keep tossing and turning but no matter what position I lay I'm uncomfortable.
I have an elevated ANA that is 1:320 which also says Nucleolar Pattern that occurs in systemic sclerosis or in polymyositis/scleroderma overlap. I don't have any symptoms of these autoimmune diseases, but I do have some for fibromyalgia. They also say that the paperwork doesn't necessarily mean that is what you have. So any in put would be great.............
I was also diagnosed with a fatty liver via ultrasound.

Cat Scan-Normal
Metabolic Panel-Normal
Liver and Kidney Functions-Normal
Hormone levels-Normal
Adrenals-Normal
Monospot-Normal
Pregnancy test-Negative

I have also had upper back pain for five years. I see a chiropractor which has helped alot, but I have never experienced a headache like this especially not for this long.
Thanks
Thanks

How can I get same amount of aerobic exercise from power walking as I do from my current 20 minutes a day jog?

I am female 54 and jog 20 minutes daily and it has helped me with so many problems (like incontinence). And it's such a great workout for my heart in such a short time. I seem to get more out of it than a long long long walk. But.... a chiropractor just told me with my slight to moderate osetopenia diagnosis I need to switch to power walking and not stress my already off balance backbone. I am upset cause I barely have time to cram in my 20 minute morning jog, it seems to do 60 minutes of exercise in a small amount of time. I simply don't have 60 minutes a day to exercise. I am hoping someone can tell me how to make power walking be a short time frame way to be healthy. I already decided perhaps to do some more arm weight type exercises to get my heart moving more without the jogging. Thanks.

I kept on popping my fingers, knees, and toes and now I've got arthritis and I'm wondering if a chiropractor could make them straight?

What causes lower back pain in the morning?

I wake up every morning with lower back pain which usually goes away by mid day. Its been more then a week. I had this problem in the past, but it went away, now it's back. How do I know if its my mattress? My husband doesn't get any pain from sleeping in the mattress.
What should I do? I went to see a Chiropractor and all he did was to pop my back.
