What is another prescription medication, for urinary incontinence, that would do the same thing as Detrol LA?

I take care of my mother. She was given samples of Detrol LA (for urinary Incontenence). Her doctor gave her a prescription, only to discover that her insurance will not pay for it. She has both Tenncare & Medicare (Wellcare). I called & left a message for the doctor, asking him if he could call in something similar, that Wellcare would pay for. His nurse called me back & said for me contact the insurance, find out what a good substitute was & call them back to let them know & the doctor would call it in. Odd he doesn't know. But I'm too busy to call & be placed on hold w/the insurance co, so I was hoping someone on here would know & could tell me some other prescription urinary incontinence medications, that work the same as Detrol LA. I can check online if Wellcare pays for it for a not. So just some prescription names would be very helpful. Thank you!

I am 35 unmarried female.I am suffering from piles & Urinary incontinence since 18 years.In piles(2nd stage may be) I never bleeded or pain, some times feel burning in the anal region(very rare) whenever eat nonveg or other spicy food. I try to eat with balance diet.Always feel strain in the anal region , urin bladder& urethra(in this area i feel more strain). after passing stool strain is much even stool is not hard.I alwayes feel to urinate. I feel haviness under the bladder & inurethra.If I put some stress & try to urinate with more power it passes of a few spoonfuls then a few drops at a time & stop without completely emptying the bladder.After passing stool in the morning or any time in the day -the amount of urin is large & strain is much on the bladder & urethra.The amount of urine is also much after drinking water.In the night after sleeping 2& 3 hours need to urinate,strain on bladder & urethra became low, the quantity of urine depends how much drink water.In the morning before going to pass stool,the amount of urine is less,colour is slightly yellow,doesn't feel much strain on bladder & urethra.Now a days after drinking wateri am feeling haviness .If i have headech or fever ,the feeling to urinate is less but the colour of urine become yellow .
Urine culture-2 times-12 years& 8 years ago-nothing abnormal
Ulterasound-8 years ago-normal
But Dr. Says,she think a lot.
I love to eat sweet, some times spicy(varitions in food or in another things)
I am short tempered or sencetiv(can't express feeling easily)also weeping more,have a lot negative thoughts , uncomfretable with cold weather.Appitite is high.Menses is regular .Thirst is normal.
Through this reason i feel so bad & having stress that i can't live normal life .

I am around 40 but have problems like IBS, severed/fragile/weakened urogenital tissues - urethra, penis, pubic region (damaged it due to injury and wrong treatments for yrs.). My penis, scrotum, pubic area skin is unbelievably loose. I also have prostate enlargement. Since last 1 month symptoms of urinary incontinence (dribbling after voiding/pressing scrotum back), can't hold else dribbles etc. I have clearly seen if I wear loose underwear, my organs just hang loose & all symptoms increase. If it leaks, can it smell and annoy people too much (any experiences)?. Will it be good idea to go for cystoscopy with tissues already delicate/damaged ?. I have read that you can develop incontinence after cystoscopy. What are chances for it if your tissues are weak & dislocated. My penis has no girth at root so i also feel obstruction. Can i try something before that to see if my urinary symptoms can be diagnosed without cystoscopy- IBS diet etc ??. Upto what level cystoscopy complicatons are reversible
What's the best pain relief over the counter for Arthritis?
My husband shattered his ankle about 10 years ago and now has arthritis in it. It hurts him so much especially after walking on it for a long period of time. We've tried Aleve, Advil & Tylenol Arthritis but nothing seems to really help.
Any suggestions?

During my pregnancy I gained 60 lbs & got a nasty collection of red & purple stretch marks on my tummy, sides, & inner thighs. My daughter is now 1 and they're now more flesh colored, but still darker than me. There are so many different products out there guaranteeing to erase them but I want to know what worked for you and what didn't. Maybe give me an estimate on how long it took to work if it did. Also tell me what I shouldn't even waste my money on. Thanks in advance!
Can gaining weight reduce the appeatance of stretch marks?

Ok, I'm pretty small, 5'3, about 98lbs, & I have stretch marks from 1st growing too fast, then I recently lost a little weight. I find that when I stretch the skin where my stretch marks are, they disappear. Will gaining weight(& moisturizing daily to prevent NEW stretch marks) make them go away since I'm underweight?
