I feel people know and are looking at me and laughing about it. I cannot use pullups style because they don't have enough absorbency. I have to use the 'baby' style diapers and it's humilliating for me i don't ever want leave the house for fear of humilliation. How can i make myself feel better?

I had the mini ar sling after my last pregnancy because of stress urinary incontinence and it's been 3 weeks since the surgery. Since the night of the surgery I haven't been able to urinate on my own, I've had a catheter or used a straight cath every time I had to urinate. The surgeon said he would prefer to wait for at least another month before he will take out the sling. I've also had a fever suggesting that my body is rejecting the sling. Should I go to another dr and have I taken out? The leakage wasn't that bad and its better than having a catheter!
How can I avoid socially awkward situations arising from fecal incontinence?

I recently have experienced fecal incontinence. While I haven't been fitted for a leg bag or anything, I'm trying to avoid shame. I have been too embarrassed to seek medical help until scheduling an appointment for next week. I'm looking for help until then for disguising odors, avoiding pant stains, and generally just living a high quality of life at work. My wife knows about this so I don't have to worry about it at home. Lately I've been wearing dark brown or black pants so I won't get stains showing through. I spray Febreze all over my underwear and pants in the morning in anticipation of the feces in my pants. This works well to disguise odors, but also irritates my skin and dries it out. Any suggestions would be very helpful since I have another week before the appointment and longer than that before any kind of treatment could be effective. Sometimes at work I've dealt with difficult situations, like being in meetings and someone says, "Did somebody crap their pants?"

When I first began masturbating 12-13 my orgasms were extremely strong and ejaculations were very forcefull. Within the last year or so I've noticed a very gradual change. My orgasms were not nearly as strong and and ejaculations were loosing force. Now I'm 17(will be 18 in a month) and I no longer feel any sense of pleasure at all and my ejaculations are extremely weak. It just dribbles out.I have also noticed how occasionally when I'm done urinating a little bit still drips out after I walk out of the bathroom and I can't stop it. Have I warn anything out down there? I can still get and maintain an erection, my problem is the lack of orgasm, fore of ejaculation and occasional incontinence. Sense the day I learned how to masturbate I have done it just about everyday for the last 5 years. Am I masturbating too much? And if I stop for maybe a month or two will everything return to normal or should I go see a doctor about this?

I have had this problem for a few years now,and im fed up with it.Every time i sneeze,cough,etc.i seem to involuntarily wet myself! Its so embarrassing and i dont know what can be done,if anything,to fix it? Any answers?
yes ive tried the Kegel exercises,and they have not helped. Is this considered an elective surgery?

There is an elderly couple living in my apartment complex. I will call them Mary and Carl. Both are in their 70s and are very very nice. The problem is that both are alcoholics, drinking all hours of the day. Mary seems a "not in touch w/ reality" and seems to not have had a bath in months, she wears the same old dirty dress for weeks at a time, she has an incontinence problem but does not wear the adult diapers and upon visiting their house, although not too cluttered, is incredibly dirty and smells horrible due to Marys lack of bladder and colon control. Carl seems indifferent to the filthy living conditions and his wifes problems. They have no living children or family that i know about. What should i do, who do I call?
