I feel people know and are looking at me and laughing about it. I cannot use pullups style because they don't have enough absorbency. I have to use the 'baby' style diapers and it's humilliating for me i don't ever want leave the house for fear of humilliation. How can i make myself feel better?

I get these small very painful blisters on my tongue sometimes....I do have auto immune disease but, still, I've had this one for three days. I've used the mouth sore deadener stuff in the tube, but, why do these happen? I have scleroderma and rheumatoid arthritis and a platelet disorder. Ouch!
I had a mini arc sling because of stress urinary incontinence and now I can't urinate, what do I do?

I had the mini ar sling after my last pregnancy because of stress urinary incontinence and it's been 3 weeks since the surgery. Since the night of the surgery I haven't been able to urinate on my own, I've had a catheter or used a straight cath every time I had to urinate. The surgeon said he would prefer to wait for at least another month before he will take out the sling. I've also had a fever suggesting that my body is rejecting the sling. Should I go to another dr and have I taken out? The leakage wasn't that bad and its better than having a catheter!
Does arthritis give you a burning sensation on your joints or is it something else?
I know I have arthritis, but lately I feel a rush of heat in the joints of my hand which I never felt before, could this be something I should be concerned about?
Dermatologist testing for Lupus and Scleroderma ?

I have been referred to a dermatologist for test to see if I have scleroderma and to look at the rash I have across my cheeks and the hair loss I am having. I have had one positive ANA 18 years ago and have the hand curling and other issues with scleroderma and a dr. confirmed I had scleroderma by symptoms but said he thought I had a secondary autoimmune issue because of the rash. What can a dermatologist do to look for scleroderma and lupus ? I get them looking at my skin and hair but what test do they have to help determine I do have autoimmune issues ?

I recently have experienced fecal incontinence. While I haven't been fitted for a leg bag or anything, I'm trying to avoid shame. I have been too embarrassed to seek medical help until scheduling an appointment for next week. I'm looking for help until then for disguising odors, avoiding pant stains, and generally just living a high quality of life at work. My wife knows about this so I don't have to worry about it at home. Lately I've been wearing dark brown or black pants so I won't get stains showing through. I spray Febreze all over my underwear and pants in the morning in anticipation of the feces in my pants. This works well to disguise odors, but also irritates my skin and dries it out. Any suggestions would be very helpful since I have another week before the appointment and longer than that before any kind of treatment could be effective. Sometimes at work I've dealt with difficult situations, like being in meetings and someone says, "Did somebody crap their pants?"
