A recent survey has shown that more people are suffering from back pain than ever before. The results of the research sound scary when it said that a reasonable portion of the back pain sufferers are the youngsters. WhatGÇÖs the reason?

Most of the people ignore back pain and consider it a temporary phase. They try to waive this temporary phase by using certain ointments for temporary relief. We understand well that what happens if the severe pains are ignored for the longtime.

I understand the question wandering. What is the cause of this back pain? It sounds paradoxical but the advancement in technologies is one of the major causes of back pain. Cable television and internet provide us a plethora of entertainment within our home. We donGÇÖt have to walk out of the home for most of the things. Laptops, remote control TVGÇÖs and AcGÇÖs add more fire to it. We have every thing in our access while we are seated on a comfortable sofa. This causes us to become a couch potato. Yoga is the first thing that comes in mind to cure back pain naturally. Yoga suggests many different postures for curing back pain. But if somebody is new to yoga it is better to have the consultation of a yoga teacher. Who will not only tell him about the different yoga exercises but may also suggest some herbs or diet for that.

Acupressure
An old oriental practice of applying pressure on some specific points is termed Acupressure. The application of pressure releases some energy from those points and cures the problem. To cure back pain it is recommended that one has to apply pressure on the point behind the patientGÇÖs knees.

Music Therapy
Most of the people are not aware of this therapy. But it has been proved that it eliminates the back pain by lessening the depression and anxiety of the patient.

Breathing exercises
The cheapest and the easiest remedy for back pain are the breathing exercises. It is related to yoga and brings together meditation and movement.
Like all other disease the best is to prevent the disease before it takes place. This can be done by bringing up certain healthy lifestyle changes. This can save us by spending money, energy and time for curing it later.
