The ones who can eat whatever the want with no effect whatsoever on their figures. Do you ever wonder if you just were not blessed with a fast metabolism or if there was a way to fix it? Well guess what? There is.

Speeding up your metabolism is not a secret. It is something you can do that will allow your body to better burn calories, replace fat with muscle and even better provide your body with more energy.

So how do you increase your metabolism? There are 3 factors involved with your metabolism – the amount of calories you eat daily, your basal metabolic rate, and the rate you burn energy during physical exercise. Experts say the best way to get your metabolism in gear is to exercise. By exercising, you reduce your body fat and increase lean muscle mass. Furthermore, make sure you eat breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day for a reason. And, try to avoid foods that are high in fat. Exercise and a healthy diet are key to help improve your metabolism.
