I don't have any yet but I am planning to gain muscle rapidly and I've heard you can get stretch marks from gaining muscle to fast. I want to gain muscle bulk as fast as possible but not so fast that it gives me stretch marks. What should I do?

U GET STRECTH MARKS ONLY IF U STOP WORKING OUT….WOMEN GET STRECHED AFTER THEY HAVE DELIVERED….SO TO STOP STRECH MARKS..EITHER:
1) DON’T WORK OUT AT ALL
2) IF U’VE STARTED WORKING OUT THEN DON’T STOP

they develop when the skin is stretched because it damages the collagen fibers and proteins in the underlying skin layer. There isn’t a way to stop these stretch marks from forming and even some of the guy who lift have them. There are creams and lotions to use after but are not for prevention. Maybe, you could chose another activity like fitness or something where your skin won’t get that much stretched.
