How can I get rid of white stretch marks?

I have stretch marks on my inner thighs and knees that unfortunately turned white before I could use cocoa butter or another stretch mark cream to make them go away. Such treatments have worked on some of my newer stretch marks (which were still pink/red when I noticed them) but even after weeks of use, they have not shown any improvement on the older, white stretch marks.
What can I use to get rid of these stretch marks for good?

I had the same problem. I blamed my genes for looking like zebra after pregnancy until a co-worker of mine showed me her belly after 3 kids–no marks! She told me the only way to get rid of them is to abrade top layer of the skin, this is the layer that cracked.
This procedure costs $200 per treatment in dermatologist office but she is getting online those same abrasion crystals at fraction price and makes her own abrasive cream (1 spoon crystals+ 2 spoons lotion). After massaging this paste she applies collagen rich moisturizer.
