Would you use a stretch mark cream to try to get rid of your stretch marks?

I’ve heard that cocoa butter helps. Also, I’ve heard that Vitamin E oil helps. I’ve never had a need to use either of them, but have heard that they work about as well as anything else.

I have used several creams (including Palmers Shea butter, olive butter etc) and oils but they don’t really get rid of stretch marks, they only make the skin softer but the results are only temporary.
