Is there a natural product for incontinence?

I am wanting to know if there is a natural product or herb on the market that helps a woman with incontinence, without having to purchase a prescription with possible side effects? Thank you for your input and answers.

have you tried the kegel thing? That is exercises you do to strenghthen the pelvis floor and there is good results with that. You basically practise by stopping and starting the urine flow when you are peeing. That is a great way to find the proper muscle and then you can do then anywhere, wathing tv, riding in a car, where ever.
I do not know of any herbal product though.
