Are there any complaints about back2life back pain relief machine?

I just recently saw the infomercial, and also wondered about it, so I’ve started doing some research. A good place to start is

So far, only one complaint, but it’s a big one. Shipped product had a broken part, and purchaser had problems getting it replaced. Company doing billing/shipping is perhaps shady. Does the machine work? Hard to say, so I’m going to build my own (I think I can do this easily and cheaply). I’ll let you know how it goes.
