If you feel that you have food allergies, you might want to determine the types of food that you are allergic to as your initial step. Many food substitutes may be resorted to in place of the actual food you are allergic to. Although they might not taste like the real thing, it will grow on you in a matter of time. You can research about these food substitutes online or consult dieticians or Nutritionists about it.-á Finally, it is always wise to read the labels of the food that you pick out to eat. Know what it is in the food that you eat and it might just save you from a very uncomfortable predicament.
